Personal Development & Enrichment
Personal development is an important part of life at The Tutorial Foundation.
We want pupils to develop confidence, independence, resilience and the skills they need to take part in the wider world. Alongside academic learning, pupils have opportunities to engage in enrichment activities, extra-curricular experiences, creative subjects, physical activity, practical learning and community-based opportunities where appropriate.
These experiences help pupils build social skills, develop interests, experience success and grow in confidence. For many pupils, personal development is closely linked to their EHCP outcomes, preparation for adulthood and wider wellbeing.
Our aim is to help pupils become more confident, independent and ready for their next steps.
